What Are We Looking For
Thanks to continued growth and the popularity of our training, we are looking for additional staff who will thrive in offering a variety of cycling courses. These will range from playground-based balance bike, learn to ride and bike handling training through to on-road residential and urban training as well as led rides. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a small, enthusiastic local team who share your passion for inspiring the next generation of cyclists. Seeing the pupils progress and gain confidence throughout courses is immensely enjoyable and rewarding.
What We Offer
We provide a fully funded, Ofqual accredited, Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training qualification and NSPCC safeguarding training. We also heavily subsidise First Aid training. This is supported by free annual continuing professional development (CPD) training which we pay employees to attend.
All staff are eligible for our employee benefits scheme which includes savings on everyday shopping including supermarket discounts and fuel as well as a wellbeing programme.
